1. Service Appointments & In-Home Visits

We offer in-home consultations, water testing, product demonstrations, and system installations as part of our services. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • An adult (18 years or older) must be present in the home for the entire duration of any service visit, consultation, demonstration, or installation.
  • If a customer requests a water analysis or product demonstration, we strongly encourage that all homeowners be present and actively participate during the appointment.
  • Failure to meet the above conditions may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment at our discretion.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out any forms or inquiries.
  • Refrain from engaging in any unlawful or prohibited use of the site or services.
  • Not impersonate another individual or provide false identity or information.

3. Financing Disclosures

In some cases, customers may choose to finance their water treatment system through one of our approved third-party financing partners, including but not limited to Aqua Finance, Foundation Finance, First Credit, and Preferred Credit. Any personal or financial data provided for these purposes will only be shared with necessary parties involved in the credit approval process and will never be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Product Demonstrations

Product demonstrations are educational and informative in nature. Results from water tests performed during in-home demonstrations are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for laboratory-grade testing unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and multimedia elements, are the property of Affordable Quality Water and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Affordable Quality Water shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Cancelation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
